Nambucca Headland previous night, Tuncurry tonight

Because I have been in this part of the coast before, no Big Things to report, but the coast is magnificent. I have lots of conversations with fellow travellers about Tas, and everyone says how magic Tas is as a place to visit. I concur, but I have found that all Tas has to offer is within a small, easy to access distance. The similar, almost same amazing sights can be found down the eastern seaboard of the mainland, but it takes days/weeks to access … Why Tas is hard to beat.

I had a return visit to South West Rocks on my ‘bucket list’, and I wasn’t disappointed … At Ladies Bathing Beach … A throwback to the 1800s! Still a fab swimming place … Water was cool on such a hot day.
Before arriving at ‘The Rock’ I passed this ?big thing, although only a large flat board painted to resemble a banana … Not the best example of a banana I have seen lol.

At ‘The Rock’ the caravan park was full so continued further down the coast. I went to Smoky Cape lighthouse, which wasn’t accessible to public unfortunately, but I did find this fab vista.

Having a few days in Forster/Tuncurry because I like the vibe of the place … Then onto Newcastle, followed by a trip to Hunter Valley to go ballooning … Fab birthday present from my boys et al … Looking forward to that experience … Yeah!
