About to leave for Darwin

Before taking off for Darwin, thought I should publish the rest of the photos. This tree is a Boab tree, and it can store tens of thousands of litres of water … There are lots of these trees all around the Kimberley region.
This is a pic of Lake Argyle from the Lake Argyle Tourist Village … A beautiful place to spend a few days, although my sister Junerose and her husband were also there, but despite many attempts to find them … No Internet or mobile coverage, the staff were unable to identify them as guests. Unfortunately Junerose was very sick for their stay at LATV … and couldn’t venture out much too!

My view from my camperhome at LATV.
Decided to head off to Bungle Bungle Ranges until Junerose and I got a signal when in Kununarra township. This is one of the rock formations in the Bungle Bungle Ranges … very unusual!
Going into Wyndham, I found this metal cutout as a tribute to cameleers in WA … I do like this kind of sculpture.
And finally a Big Thing … one of the many Big Crocodiles on my list.
